Terms & Conditions:



1.       These terms and conditions explain, govern and define the relationship between Tata Treats, a multi partner loyalty program (“Tata Treats”) which is owned, managed and operated by Tata Insights and Quants Division of Tata Industries Limited here in after referred to as "TataiQ” and Tata Treats Member, as a participant of Tata Treats.

2.       Definitions

In these terms and conditions, unless the context specifies otherwise the following meaning shall be ascribed to the terminologies used hereinafter:      

2.1      “Earn Activity” shall mean any purchase transaction made by TATA TREATS Members within TATA TREATS Network, participation in Surveys, completing the profile, social media engagement etc. for which TATA TREATS or its Partners may give reward points and/or also give Bonus Points as per the TATA TREATS Points structure of the respective Tata Treats Partner

2.2      “Official Launch Date” shall mean and refer to a date notified by Tata iQ on which which TATA Treats will be officially launched


2.3      "Program” shall mean the TATA TREATS multi partner loyalty program, managed and operated by TataiQ offering benefits, facilities or arrangements to TATA TREATS Members by reason of their membership into TATA TREATS program, whereby TATA TREATS points are accumulated on every Earn Activity made by TATA TREATS Members within TATA TREATS Network and such TATA TREATS points may be used by the TATA TREATS Member for redemption of TATA TREATS Points through the TATA TREATS Partners post Official launch of the program.

2.4      "TATA TREATS Member(s)” shall mean an individual who has been enrolled in the TATA TREATS and holding a valid TATA TREATS Membership Account


2.5      "TATA TREATS Membership Account” shall mean the account where the TATA TREATS Member's TATA TREATS Points will be accumulated.

2.6      "TATA TREATS Network" shall mean all the TATA TREATS Partners joining the Program


2.7      "TATA TREATS Partner" shall mean any or all of the present or future participating entities in the program whether with online or offline presence, where TATA TREATS members can accumulate/ redeem TATA TREATS Points upon purchase of goods and services. Tata CliQ is one of the partners of TATA TREATS

2.8      "TATA TREATS Point" is the unit currency of the program. TATA TREATS Members earn TATA TREATS Points for activities carried out by the TATA TREATS Member within the TATA TREATS Network.


2.9      “Working Day” shall mean a day on which TataiQ office is open for business, excluding Saturday and Sunday and public holidays.


3.       General Conditions

3.1       By enrolling in the TATA TREATS program a Tata Treats Member is  deemed to have read and understood the these terms and conditions of the Program and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions


3.2      Membership into the TATA TREATS Program is voluntary, open to all natural persons above the age of 18 who is either a Indian citizen or residing in India. Tata Treats reserves the right to refuse enrolment to any person at its sole discretion without assigning any reason thereof.

3.3      TataiQ reserves the right to alter/ modify these terms and conditions at any time without giving any prior notice to any of the Tata Treats Members and at its sole discretion. Tata Treats Member agree that due to such changes or modifications your rights will be waived which you may be entitled to receive.  Any such changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon the revisions/ changes being posted on TATA TREATS Members’ continued holding of the TATA TREATS Membership Account following the posting of changes on will be considered as their acceptance of revised terms and conditions.


3.4      TATA TREATS Membership Account shall be valid for the lifetime of the TATA TREATS Member unless terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions


3.5      TataiQ will endeavour to ensure that the services, benefits, facilities and arrangements as expressed or advertised by the TATA TREATS Partners will be available to the TATA TREATS Members. However, TataiQ will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from the provision or non-provision, whether in whole or part, of any such services, benefits, facilities or any other arrangements by the TATA TREATS Partners.   

3.6      When a Tata Treats Member seeks to use or obtain any of the services, benefits, facilities and arrangements as offered by the TATA TREATS Partner, the provisions of such services, benefits, facilities or arrangements will be subject to the respective terms and conditions of the TATA TREATS Partner, being the provider of the said benefits, facilities and arrangements.    

3.7      TataiQ shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from termination or change of the Program or any of its facilities, benefits or arrangements which are made available to Tata Treats Members, including without limitation, TATA TREATS Partner's withdrawal or limiting of any such services, benefits or facilities.           


3.8      TataiQ shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfill any of its obligations under this terms and conditions on account of Force Majeure events like flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of god of similar nature, war, act of terrorism, strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/ intervention/direction/ prohibition or change in law or for any other reasons beyond its control.


3.9      If there are any changes in Tata Treats Members contact details (mobile number/ email id/ address) from what has been registered with TATA TREATS, it is the Tata Treats Members responsibility to  update the respective contact details with TATA TREATS immediately either through the TATA TREATS website or such other channels of communication notified by TataiQ. TataiQ shall not be liable for any loss of points or other relevant damages incurred by the Tata Treats Member, if necessary details are not updated with TATA TREATS on time.        





4.       Enrolment in the Program

4.1      TATA TREATS will be launched on the Official Launch Date. Till that time Tata Treats Member can enrol in TATA TREATS via Tata CliQ website viz. by providing his/ her Email id and Phone number. Post launch enrolled members will be required to complete the registration on


4.2      Post Official Launch Date, it is the responsibility of the Tata Treats Member to share the correct communication details with TATA TREATS at the time of enrolling into the Program.

4.3      TATA TREATS reserves the right to validate the enrolment via an One time Password sent either on Email id and/or Mobile no. provided by the Tata Treats Member, on need basis.


4.4.     TATA TREATS shall reserve the right to offer the Program by invitation to any Prospective TATA TREATS Members as it may deem fit. By using his/her TATA TREATS membership with TataiQ and/or any TATA TREATS Partners, a TATA TREATS Member grants his/her consents to TataiQ for creating, storing, maintaining and updating the TATA TREATS Member’s data. Such data shall include membership data like name, address, telephone number, mobile number, date of birth, areas of interest, preferences etc. as provided by the TATA TREATS Member, usage data including without limitation, transactions and TATA TREATS Points accrued/ redeemed , etc., and data concerning contacts with TataiQ including without limitation, enquiry regarding membership for the purpose of providing relevant information, offers & benefit from TATA TREATS Partners and customer services to the TATA TREATS Member in connection with the Program. All data relating to the TATA TREATS Members shall be protected and used by TataiQ in the manner indicated in TataiQ’s Privacy Policy to be made available on post Official Launch Date. Tata Treats Member are requested to read through the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how TataiQ uses and protects your data.


5.       Accrual of TATA TREATS Points

5.1.     Subject to the applicable laws in India , TATA TREATS Members can accrue TATA TREATS Points earned by them through a transaction with a TATA TREATS Partner for the purchase of goods or services paid by cash, credit/debit card, cheque, online payment, or any other means of payment agreed upon by the TATA TREATS Partner.      

5.2.     TATA TREATS Points awarded may vary between different TATA TREATS Partners depending on the arrangement with the TATA TREATS Partner. Details of all TATA TREATS Points will be communicated to the TATA TREATS Members through or through any other means of communication as decided from time to time.   

5.3.     To accrue TATA TREATS Points, a TATA TREATS Member must provide the required credentials (i.e. TATA TREATS Member information such as email address, mobile number) at the time of completing the Earn Activity. If a TATA TREATS Member fails to provide the required credentials when visiting or on availing such services, this may result in the applicable TATA TREATS Points not being accrued by the TATA TREATS Member and in such instance TATA TREATS or the TATA TREATS Partner shall not be responsible in this regard.


5.4.     The method of earning TATA TREATS Points from TATA TREATS Partners is subject to change from time to time. Such changes will be communicated on and through any other means of communication as decided by TataiQ from time to time.


5.5.     Return of products will be accepted by TATA TREATS Partners based on the Terms and Conditions defined by TATA TREATS Partners. In case of Return of Products the TATA TREATS Points credited for the Purchase of the Product will be deducted from Member account.


5.6.     TATA TREATS Partners may change any of the terms and conditions of their business at any time without notice to the TATA TREATS Member. TATA TREATS is not responsible for informing TATA TREATS Members of any such changes. TATA TREATS has no liability for the acts and omissions of the TATA TREATS Partners. TATA TREATS will publish any change in rewarding points by TATA TREATS Partners on


6.       TATA TREATS Points calculation   

6.1.     TATA TREATS Points accrued through transactions at TATA TREATS Partners shall be credited to Tata Treats Member's account within 5 Working Days post receipt of transaction information from TATA TREATS Partners

6.2.     TATA TREATS Points accrued through any other Earn Activity shall be credited to TATA TREATS Member's account within such period as is mentioned for such Earn Activity

6.3.     TATA TREATS Points are accrued in whole. TATA TREATS Members will not be awarded TATA TREATS Points in fractions. Points will be rounded off to the nearest integer.

6.4.     TATA TREATS Points accumulated in the Tata Treats Membership Account are valid for a period of three years from the date the Points are credited in the Member account, post which such Points shall expire if unutilized. TATA TREATS Member shall not be entitled to redeem any of such lapsed TATA TREATS Points.


6.5.     Complaints pertaining to non-credit of the TATA TREATS Points earned through transactions with any TATA TREATS Partner will be entertained only if the complaint is received within 45 calendar days from the date of such transaction. The TATA TREATS Member must provide proof of transaction as required by TataiQ to register any TATA TREATS Point complaint.



6.6.     The respective TATA TREATS Partners are responsible for the TATA TREATS Points issued under this Program and if any of them goes into liquidation or non-payment for these points or any similar event, TataiQ shall not be liable to honour TATA TREATS Points which have been credited to the TATA TREATS Membership account and are yet to be redeemed, but have not been fully funded by the TATA TREATS Partner as on that date. In such an event, such TATA TREATS Points will be removed from the TATA TREATS Membership Account without prior intimation.


6.7.     TataiQ will not be responsible for any loss of Tata Treats Points due to loss or misuse of your Tata Treats Membership information.



6.8.     Post Official Launch Date, TATA TREATS Members, can email at or register on for obtaining a summary of their recent transactions and obtaining their TATA TREATS Point balance or for any other queries relating to Tata Treats Program.


7.       Redemption of TATA TREATS Points

Subject to the applicable laws in India, from the date notified by TataiQ, TATA TREATS Points can be redeemed at any of the TATA TREATS Partners, subject to the TATA TREATS Member providing the required credentials (i.e. TATA TREATS Member information). Tata Treats Points cannot be redeemed for cash.




8.       Program Termination

8.1    TataiQ reserves the right to terminate the Program, by giving 30 calendar days’ notice to all TATA TREATS Members.

8.2    Upon termination or withdrawal of the Program, all TATA TREATS Members will be given 30 working days’ time within which they may use the TATA TREATS Points in their TATA TREATS Membership Account to request for TATA TREATS Rewards, after which the TATA TREATS Points will be purged or cancelled.


9.       Opt-out of the Program

To opt-out of the Program, TATA TREATS Members, shall send an email at from their registered email id


10.    Dispute Resolution


All disputes in connection with the Tata Treats Program shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian laws and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Competent Courts at Bangalore only.
