Fashion is for everyone and even though certain trends dominate every season, we love how women continue to experiment with their fashion sense and alter trends according to their comfort and careers too. This International Women's Day, we at QUE got in touch with women from diverse fields and spoke to them about their style and fashion preferences. Here's what they had to say:

1. What does style mean to you?

It is an effortless confidence in being yourself and putting yourself together according to your mood. Personal style comes naturally for some, but for others it can take a while to find it! Your personality defines your own unique personal style.

2. What is your personal style like?

The way I look is the way I am. There is no separation between me and my clothes. I have always had a classic style with a hint of glitz and glamour. It's always been high on the chic quotient, with bright colours thrown in. Emilio Pucci is my style guide. Comfortable, easy and vibrant, my style is my way of living. I enjoy completing an outfit with jewellery, shoes and a handbag, whether casual or dressy.

3. 1 piece of fashion advice you would love to give women of all ages.

While your style can evolve with your tastes, by your mid-30s you usually develop a sense of what best suits your body, your personality, and your lifestyle (and which is typically anything that makes you feel fantastic), and learn to resist the extraneous noise of other clothes and accessories that don't fit the criteria. Wear what feels right on you. Keep re-inventing yourself at every stage and every age. It keeps you youthful. Never stop experimenting, but within the constraints of knowing what works with your shape, personality and lifestyle.

4. 1 piece of fashion advice you could give to your younger self.

I would definitely advice my younger self to ditch the baggy clothes and brands that do not define you. Don’t wear clothes just to try to fit in. Wearing clothes YOU like, rather than the clothes everyone else likes. Don’t buy something just because it is on sale.

1. What does style mean to you?

It's all about being comfortable in your own skin and I think, it is the true expression of your personality.

2. What is your personal style like?

Comfort is my top most priority. As I spend most of my time in the kitchen, I am in my uniform most time of the day. When I'm outside the kitchen, I always stick to something comfortable like jeans and over-sized shirts.

3. 1 piece of fashion advice you would love to give women.

Always invest in good classics like a simple white shirt, a pair of well-fitted jeans, a good pair of comfortable pumps and sneakers that can be your go-to.

4.1 piece of fashion advice you could give to your younger self.

Stop hoarding things and please clean out your closet more often.

1. What does style mean to you?

Style to me is always choosing what’s funky, wild and out of the ordinary.

2. What is your personal style like?

My personal style is extraordinary. Eccentric, comfortable and totally me. It's an expression of my personality.

3. 1 piece of fashion advice you would love to give women of all ages.

Be comfortable and feel free to express yourself through what you wear. Be you and do you, because when you do you, you will own it and that will bring out the best in you.

4. 1 piece of fashion advice you could give to your younger self.

Don’t get carried away by everyone else's jazz. Be confident in whatever you carry. It could even be a pair of men’s boxers for that matter.

1. What does style mean to you?

Style to me is all about keeping it simple, elegant and comfortable.

2. What is your personal style like?

I love investing in classics. So, classics in mostly all black and grey is what I love wearing.

3. 1 piece of fashion advice you would love to give women of all ages.

Keeping it simple and being yourself is what matters the most. At the same time, taking inspiration from people around you will certainly inspire you and help you experiment with your style.

4. 1 piece of fashion advice you could give to your younger self.

Stay true to your personal style and don't try hard to fit in. Being yourself and carrying yourself with confidence should be your priority.
