National Award-winning actor, Rajkummar Rao, is back at it again. And if the trailer for his latest film, Trapped, is anything to go by then it looks like he might have another hit on his hands.

The barebones premise of the film appears to be about a man, played by Rao, who mistakenly locks himself inside his own apartment in one of Mumbai’s new high-rise buildings with no way out, and no water or electricity available to keep him alive. The ensuing tale of survival, and the attempts to escape or be found, appear to form the bulk of the story.

Judging from the trailer, this looks like the kind of film every actor dreams about – a one-man show. Not once did we catch a glimpse of another person in the trailer. Directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and produced by Phantom Films, the film premiered at the 18th MAMI Mumbai International Film Festival in 2016 and has since been slated for a March 17 release.
