Ingredients

1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
4 small carrots or 1 large
1 orange, peeled
50 ml of soy yoghurt (or your preferred yoghurt)

Method

  • Blend it all together.
  • Served in a bowl or a tall glass and garnish with your favourite toppings.

Ingredients

1 medium banana, cut into pieces
1 kiwi, peeled and cut into pieces
1 cup organic unsweetened almond milk
1 cup organic fresh spinach
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1/2 cup coconut water

Method

Mango Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

Mango-1
Banana- 2 small
Optional: Sugar- 2 tbsp (or your preferred sweetener)
Oats- 1/8 cup(optional)
Curd- 1 cup
Cardamom Powder- 2 tsp
Ice cubes- as per your preference

Method:

  • First blend the mango, sugar/sweetener and banana into a smooth consistency.
  • Then add in the oats, curd, ice cubes and blend it well.
  • Serve with some almond flakes for some crunch.

Summer Detox Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups pineapple, frozen or fresh
1 cup cucumber, sliced
1 cup (packed) fresh baby spinach 1 small sweet apple, chopped 10-15 mint leaves (and stems) 1 cup cold water 4-6 ice cubes, if using fresh pineapple

Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

1½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
1 cup baby spinach
2 frozen ripe bananas
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, but recommended)
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
3-4 ice cubes

Method:

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • Once blended, taste and adjust according to preferences such as adding more milk for a thinner smoothie or more cocoa powder for a stronger chocolate flavour.
  • Best served immediately.

Watermelon And Tapioca Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls) (soaked overnight)
2 tbsp coconut milk powder or any milk of your choice
Watermelon
Sprigs of fresh mint

Method:

  • Bring 3 cups of water to a boil and add the soaked sabudana to this boiling water for 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Next, drain and rinse in cold filtered water to stop the cooking process.
  • Blend ripe watermelon with 2 spoons of coconut milk powder and if you want, a couple sprigs of fresh mint.
  • Chill in the freezer till ice cold and serve with the cooked sabudana inside.

3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cucumber
1 sprig fresh mint
