1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill (optional), you can also use dry mint, basil, or other fresh greens.
Red pepper flakes as per taste
About 1/3 loosely packed feta cheese or any cheese you prefer
Extra olive oil to cook
