She tells us her top three exercises for great glutes, and also picks out some great trousers and skirts to show them off in. Here’s what she has to say:

I personally find Surya Namaskars the key to overall fitness. It’s one yoga routine that works the full body and is doable for anyone, because of which it works perfectly as a long term plan. Apart from that, I weight train every alternate day and target on muscle groups; concentrating on gluteal muscle-enhancing exercises like machine lunges and dumbbell split squats.
