Crispy Raw Mango And Onion Bhajiya Recipe by Chef Ranveer Brar

Ingredients:

½ cup raw Mango, chopped & julienned ½ cup Spinach, chopped 2 large Onion, sliced 1 tbsp Prepared Masala Salt to taste ½ tsp Turmeric powder ¼ tsp Asafoetida 2 Green chillies, chopped ½ tsp Ginger-Garlic paste 3 tbsp Gram flour (besan) ¾ tbsp Rice flour ¼ tsp Baking soda 1 tsp Oil

For the masala

2 tbsp Coriander seeds 1 tbsp Fennel seeds ½ tbsp Carom seeds

For the batter

Besan – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 3/4 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1 cup

Ingredients

For the potato wedges:

2 potato, wedges
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp corn flour
½ tsp pepper, crushed
oil for deep frying
To make the honey chilli potatoes:
