We’re social distancing as a community, and that means our access to gym and fitness centres has been cut off. However, technology has come to our rescue once again! All over the world, fitness trainers and enthusiasts are getting smarter with how they work out. Many fitness brands are offering free workouts to those who’re missing their endorphin boosters in quarantine and trainers have taken to Zoom, Instagram and YouTube to bring the community feeling virtually. If you’re missing sweating at the gym, try these apps and channels, and keep on track with your fitness goals.
