If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably spent the entire year procrastinating, paying up for Yoga classes or that Pilates workshop, but have never attended as much as even a single class. The fitness goals you set for 2016 will now be carried forward to 2017 as you swear to be your fittest self at the New Year party (“that is the last pizza I will ever have”). But alas, working out if you’re lazy is as tough as finding the love of your life on Tinder.
